Why Crossover exists
Crossover Health & Wellness was created from my lifelong love of sports and a deep commitment to mental health and suicide prevention. As a licensed therapist, coach’s spouse, and parent of student-athletes, I’ve seen firsthand how sport shapes identity—and how pressure and unspoken stress can impact well-being.
This work is more than a profession for me—it’s a calling. I believe every athlete deserves to feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that last far beyond the final whistle.
